These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Automate My Blog (the "Service"), including our website, dashboard, and integrations such as Zoom. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
The Service
Automate My Blog provides AI-assisted content, strategy, and related workflows. Optional integrations (including Zoom) allow mid-call coaching and transcript-assisted features when you authorize them. We may modify features to improve quality, security, or performance and will give reasonable notice for material adverse changes where practicable.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and promptly update it. Notify us at
support@automatemyblog.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its integrations.
- Upload or process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Misrepresent the Service as human-only advice when presenting AI-generated outputs to others.
Zoom meetings and host responsibility
If you connect Zoom, you are responsible for hosting meetings in compliance with Zoom's terms and with applicable recording/transcription notice and consent laws for your participants. You must ensure you have the rights to connect your Zoom account and to process meeting content through Automate My Blog. Disconnect Zoom at any time in Settings → Integrations → Zoom, and revoke the app in Zoom if desired. See

AI outputs
AI features generate suggestions and drafts based on inputs you provide (including call transcripts when Zoom is connected). Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them or publishing them. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service and its software, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us the licenses needed to operate the Service (including processing inputs through subprocessors as described in our Privacy Policy).
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service or other users, or non-payment. Provisions that by nature should survive (including limitation of liability) will survive termination.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMB AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID TO AMB FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
