Privacy policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Automate My Blog ("AMB," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, retains, and otherwise processes personal information when you use our website, product, and integrations (including our Zoom app). It is provided for transparency and marketplace compliance; it is not legal advice.

Who this applies to

This policy covers account holders, organization members, and meeting participants whose information may appear in content or transcripts you connect to AMB (for example, Zoom meetings where our Live Strategist integration is authorized).

What we collect

Depending on how you use the product, we may process:
  • Account information you provide (such as name, email, organization details).
  • Usage and technical data needed to operate the service (logs, device/browser data, approximate location derived from IP, feature usage).
  • Content you submit for AI-assisted workflows (website analysis inputs, drafts, goals, chat messages, call notes).
  • Zoom integration data when you connect Zoom: OAuth identity (Zoom account/user IDs, host email/display name associated with the connection), meeting metadata (for example meeting ID/UUID, topic, start/end times), live and post-call transcript text and related speaker labels, and operational metadata for the strategist bot (join status, voice suggestion events). Payment card numbers are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use data

We use personal information to:
  • Operate and secure the Automate My Blog service and your account.
  • Power Live Strategist and related Zoom features (bot join, mid-call coaching, spoken suggestions when enabled, and post-call summaries/deliverables).
  • Provide support, communicate about your account, and improve reliability and safety.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

How we share data

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers that process it on our behalf under contractual controls, including:
  • Zoom, when you authorize our Zoom app (OAuth, meeting events, and meeting participation via the strategist bot).
  • Infrastructure and AI providers used to host the product and generate coaching, chat, or content outputs from inputs you send.
  • Payment processors for billing.
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Organization admins on your AMB workspace may access integration status and call-related outputs available in the product for that organization.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and organizational data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. Live transcript buffers are associated with live sessions and end when meetings end or sessions expire. Disconnecting Zoom in Automate My Blog revokes our stored OAuth connection for that organization. You may also remove or revoke the app from your Zoom account. To request deletion of specific meeting transcripts or account data, email support@automatemyblog.com.

Your data subject rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws, and rights available under CCPA/CPRA for California residents), you may have rights to:
  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of personal information.
  • Receive a portable copy of certain personal information (export).
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
  • Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information where those terms apply; we do not sell personal information for money.
How to exercise these rights: email support@automatemyblog.com with the subject line "Privacy request," describe the right you want to exercise, and include the email associated with your AMB account (and Zoom host email if relevant). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

International users

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. If you access the service from another region, your information may be transferred to those locations.
